Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to subscriptions to Cadence, a product of Bitwiz ("we", "us", "our"). By subscribing you agree to this policy together with our Terms of Service.

Cancellation

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel, your plan is not renewed for the next billing period.
  • After cancelling, you keep access to the paid features until the end of the period you have already paid for. Your data remains on your device.
  • To cancel, contact us at bitwizbuilds@gmail.com with your account email.

Refunds

  • Cadence is a digital subscription service delivered instantly, and payments are non-refundable, including for partially used billing periods and for unused daily-dial capacity.
  • We do not provide pro-rated refunds for a cancellation made in the middle of a billing period. You simply retain access until that period ends.

Exceptions

We may, at our sole discretion, issue a refund in cases such as:

  • A duplicate charge or a technical billing error on our side.
  • A payment made but access was not delivered due to a fault on our side that we are unable to resolve.

If you believe you qualify, email bitwizbuilds@gmail.com within 7 days of the charge, with your account email and payment reference. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via Instamojo, typically within 5–10 business days.
